Gorgeous location, glorious weather, a room full of women excited about the days topic, lots of visitors and a glass of champagne. 

What more could you ask for?

A topic that most women certainly wanted hear more about....Property Investing!

Fiona Herbert covered the topic of Property Investing for Women by instilling the fact that most people only own 1 property investment & it's not enough to cover women in their retirement! 

As Fiona said "A Man is not a plan!"

Being smart ladies, we should be making our money work hard for us and even though 30 minutes is certainly not enough time to become an expert like Fiona, everyone would have learnt at least 3 different things to be aware of and that the more homework you do before actually finding the property will make you an even wiser investor.

Treating investing as a business, finding the right financing and using leverage were all important factors of Fiona's presentation, with plenty of questions for Fiona, it seemed like her presentation just flew by.

We had lots of new members and visitors attend this luncheon and it was great to see members also bringing along guests to enjoy the atmosphere of the day. As our meetings are always fun and laughter is encouraged, everyone left the day with a smile.
