This undivided attention to customer service excellence has also gained her International recognition, having won and been nominated for many of Australia's leading business awards, including being named the 2005 Sydney Business Woman of the Year by Sydney Business Review. Belinda has also been recently appointed as Executive Director at the Customer Service Institute of Australia, the peak customer service body in Australia.
