In 1994 with a passion to ignite the potential of others and to provide the best training in customer service across all industries, Michelle Pascoe established Optimum Operating Procedures and Services (better known as OOPS).
With “service” being the foundation of all that Michelle does through OOPS, the company has assisted hundreds of participants to ignite their potential and become successful in life and work.
Working alongside and developing a close relationship with the Registered Club Industry in NSW in 1999, Michelle has grown the business into a leading expert providing businesses support through organizational behavior and individual performance management programs.
Michelle is a passionate international presenter, drawing upon her diverse experiences in life and the workplace. Establishing a small business in Macarthur (Sydney) in 1994, employing staff, dealing with a variety of clients, she draws upon the trials and tribulations of her numerous small businesses.
Dealing with large corporates, SME’s of all sizes and stages of business, Michelle has worked closely with them to grow their business and is proud of the accomplishments that they have achieved, growing into highly successful businesses and even exporting overseas.
Michelle is the Past President of the National Speakers Association of Australia, Sydney Chapter, is an accredited Professional Member, she is also an accredited Workplace Trainer and Assessor, serial mentor and business coach. Michelle is proud to be a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and the Mystery Shoppers Association of South East Asia.
